SUSPENDERS

Sondaflex  hose slings are designed for the cargo hose and should be used in the rated hitch only. A sling must be equipped in every 4 meters  on the hose. The hose slings support the hose properly, eliminating kinking and other damage. The hose slings are consiste of 100% nylon.

Rope Lag Uses: All hoses can be supplied with rope lagging. It is necessary to specify at time of ordering. A tough, versatile fibre ideal for general purpose ropes used in mining, trucking and general industrial applications. Lagging insulates and protects the hose from abrasion and heat transfer.

CAMLOCK

Sondafflex offer a complete range of fittings for their hoses. Many of them are specified in the list of this guide, but virtually any type, for any use application can be supplied after consulting with our technical department. Adaptors, accessories, such as blank caps, dust plugs and delivery/filling noozles are available from stock.

ANTI-WEAR RING

Abrasion Prevention: The innovative design of the Anti-wear ring prevents abrasion damage; hose contact with the ground orforeign objects is minimized. All hoses can be supplied with Anti-wear ring . It is necessary to specify at time of ordering.

GS High-temp composite hose（High Temperature hose）

Description High-temp composite hose is designed for applications such as Bitumen, Hot air, Hot oil, etc. for loading / unloading trucks, wagons, plants and even Marine applications.  The internal and external spirals in stainless steel 316 can be used in the most extreme external conditions and corrosive environment. Its light weight makes it an alternative to heavy rubber hoses.

Description AG Vapour Recovery Hose has been specially designed for the vapour return of hydrocarbon products in marine road and rail tanker operations. It is manufactured with a polypropylene liner and galvanized steel inner and outer wire helix.
